Application Process

To study at Stellaris students need to apply to our International Marketing division at

The following are the steps you need to take:


Step 1 – Review entry requirements of the course you wish to take.

Please note that courses have varying English language and academic requirements. You need to be familiar with the Academic entry requirements and their equivalent qualifications.

Step 2 – Application Form and supporting documents.

Our recommendation is that you should submit your application atleast two months prior to the start of the semester.
Applicants must complete an Application Form.

Supporting documents for your application are:
– IELTS (academic)
– Certified copies of relevant academic transcripts and documents
– Certified copy of Passport
– Evidence of relevant work experience including references

Step 3 – Receive Acknowledgment which will be sent by email or mail.


Step 4 – Receive Offer of Place

You will receive an Offer of Place by email (PDF) or post. The letter includes information on tuition fees, insurance fees, date of payment, method of payment and a copy of the Stellaris refund policy.


Step 5 – Accept Offer of Place

To accept a Stellaris Offer of Place you must complete the invoice/acceptance forms and return it to Stellaris by email or post.


Step 6 – Apply for your student visa

When Stellaris has received your payments, a receipt will be issued.
The receipt must be presented to Immigration New Zealand to get a student visa.


Step 7 – Confirm your place of study

The Stellaris Offer of Place does not guarantee you a place to study. To guarantee your place you must have completed the required documentation and show evidence you have applied for your student visa.   You also must meet the eligibility requirements for your particular course of study.


Step 8 – Confirm starting date.
